These days a lot of us seem to be more concerned with making sure the battery of our phone is fully charged, instead of recharging our own battery. I’m here to help you slow down and restore your energy with the beautiful practice of hatha yoga.

My name is Eva, a Melbourne based yoga teacher originally from The Netherlands. I teach two gentle forms of hatha yoga: slow flow and yin yoga.

I teach in an accessible, welcoming and light-hearted way. The gentle pace of the practice encourages you to unwind and take a break from the fast-paced world and information overload we’re all faced with on a daily basis. In each class we practice breathing techniques, mindful movements and meditation. This holistic practice enables you to release stress, tension and fatigue from your body and mind.

My classes are especially well suited for people who are new to yoga, and for those returning to their yoga practice.

I offer small group classes, private yoga, corporate yoga and yoga in the park.
