Private yoga sessions are especially tailored to you, your needs, ability, requirements and preferences. The style of yoga can be a gentle slow flow or yin yoga, or a combination of these styles. If you have no clue which style to go for, we discuss the different options and create a session that best suits you at that time.
Breathing and meditation techniques are incorporated in each class, to ensure a holistic approach to release stress, tension and fatigue from your body and mind.
No previous yoga experience is required. It’s a great way of learning yoga in your own time, at your own pace in the comfort of your own space. Alternatively, the session can be held at Madam Heap in Middle Park (by appointment only), or in one of the beautiful parks around the Melbourne CBD.
Private yoga sessions:
are 60 - 90 minutes in duration
can be held for up to three people per session
don’t require any previous yoga experience
come with all required props (mats, bolsters, blocks, etc.)
Prices start at $75.00 per hour, depending on the location and the number of people attending.
The private yoga session can take place at your home, Madam Heap in Middle Park, or a public park around the Melbourne CBD.
